Working principle

The high-intensity physical force generated by high-speed vibration and beating is used to beat the sample, so that the cells or tissues are effectively destroyed, and then the broken cells and tissues are evenly dispersed in the surrounding liquid to form a uniform dispersion. At the same time, it plays a role of high-speed stirring during the crushing and dispersion process to improve the solubility and dispersion of the sample

Tapping type aseptic homogeniser Product Description:

Aseptic homogeniser, also known as tapping type homogeniser, is applied in homogenisation of animal tissues, biological samples, etc. It can be applied in the fields of food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, clinics, molecular science, testing, etc., and is especially suitable for preparation of microbiological testing samples. The device adopts stainless steel system, can effectively separate the solid sample surface and be included in the microbial homogeneous samples, the sample in the disposable aseptic homogeneous bag, not in contact with the instrument, with homogeneous and soft, the sample is not contaminated, no damage, do not warm up, do not need to sterilise the treatment, do not need to scrub the characteristics of the utensils, the results of the accurate and repeatable performance of the requirements. This product is also suitable for homogenisation of meat tissues, both for obtaining a large number of single cells (up to 2*105 in 2 minutes), and, if necessary, for achieving soft crushing of tissue cells by extending the homogenisation time.

Precautions for use

- Sample preparation: Make sure that the shape and size of the sample are suitable for processing. Do not use hard and sharp materials such as lumps, bones, and ice to avoid damaging the homogenizing bag.

- Homogenizing bag selection: Select a suitable homogenizing bag according to the characteristics of the sample, including material, size, and capacity.

- Equipment cleaning: Clean and disinfect the equipment regularly, especially the parts that are in direct contact with the sample, to prevent cross contamination.

- Parameter setting: Adjust the parameters such as the beating frequency and time according to the characteristics of the sample to achieve the best homogenization effect.
