High quality 1.5L scale lab spray dryer equipment
Lab scale spray dryer is suitable for the production of in universities, research institutes and food and pharmaceutical chemical enterprises.
XPM-series desktop injection molding machine is developed for precision micro part molding. It adopts a screw-rotation plasticizing direct-feed structure and relies on a servo closed-loop control system. Through the coordinated operation of six major stages—mold closing and clamping, plasticizing and metering, multi-stage injection, holding pressure and packing, cooling and solidification, and mold opening and ejection—it completes the entire molding process from plastic pellets to precision products, fully leveraging the technical advantages of all-electric servo control in high-precision molding.
The machine uses a toggle clamping mechanism, delivering 12 tons of clamping force to reliably lock the mold and prevent flash during injection.
After clamping, plastic pellets enter the heated barrel, where they are melted through heating and screw shear. The screw rotation completes plasticizing, and the melt pushes the screw back to achieve metering and melt accumulation. The machine supports both screw revolution and screw stroke methods for shot size control, with adjustable screw speed from 0 to 175 rpm, compatible with PP, ABS, PA, TPU, and various engineering plastics.
After metering, injection filling begins. The servo-driven screw pushes the melt into the mold cavity at high pressure. The XPM-12plus supports multi-stage programming of injection pressure and injection speed, allowing custom injection profiles to improve molding defects such as bubbles, burns, and internal stress. With servo closed-loop control, shot weight repeatability can reach 0.1 g (subject to material and process conditions; refer to actual test report), ensuring consistency in micro part molding.
Once the cavity is filled, the process switches to holding pressure and packing. Holding speed, pressure, and time can be independently adjusted to compensate for plastic shrinkage during cooling, eliminate sink marks, and provide greater flexibility for process tuning.
During the cooling and solidification stage, the machine can simultaneously perform plasticizing and metering for the next cycle, overlapping processes to shorten production cycle time. After the part has cooled, servo-driven mold opening and the ejection mechanism push out the molded part, completing one injection cycle. The entire machine has no hydraulic system; all actions are servo closed-loop driven with real-time position and pressure feedback, ensuring stable production for every shot.
All-electric clean design: no hydraulic oil leakage risk, suitable for laboratory and cleanroom production environments;
Servo closed-loop high precision: clamping, injection, and plasticizing are servo-driven, delivering excellent consistency in micro part molding;
Easy deployment: compact desktop body, 220 V power supply, no large-scale plant modification required;
Storable process recipes: multiple process recipes can be called with one click, reducing mold changeover and debugging costs.
The machine is suitable for sample preparation in university materials laboratories, R&D prototyping of precision electronic small parts, high-mix low-volume flexible production, and process validation of modified engineering plastics.
