Overview:

Its main function is to make the product meet the quality and color required by the customer. In order to meet the customer's requirements, the experimental results and their ratios are used in the production line. This machine is the equipment that mixes the experimental raw materials and compounding agents evenly.

 

Equipment introduction:

The mixing mill is mainly composed of two parallel rollers, a frame, a transmission device, a heating and cooling system, a lubrication system and an electrical control system. When working, the two rollers rotate relative to each other at different speeds, and the material is brought into the gap between the rollers. Under the action of shear force, extrusion force and friction force, the material is mixed, plasticized and dispersed.

In the production of rubber products, mixing is an extremely critical link. High-quality mixing can fully integrate rubber with various compounding agents, significantly improving the physical properties of the product. For example, the mixing quality directly affects the strength of rubber products, ensuring that tires maintain good wear resistance and tear resistance under high-speed driving and complex road conditions; plasticity determines the processing performance of rubber during the molding process, allowing the product to be accurately molded into the required shape; and good elasticity retention allows products such as rubber seals to maintain excellent sealing effects during long-term use.
