WG seris pulsation medical steam sterilizer utilizes saturated steam as its sterilization medium which releases a large amount of heat in the stage of condensation, and ensure the sterilizing environment in high temperature and at a certain humidity.
After a period of insulation in such status, sterilization purpose is achieved. The application of pulsating vacuum exhausting has successfully eliminated the temperature influence from cold air, and helping the sterilization items to be dried by means of vacuum and dehumidification between the jacketed layers.

Structure and characteristic of WG series medical steam sterilizer
1.Sterilizer body
It uses a horizontal rectangular double layer structure. The inner liner is made of SUS30408 or SUS31608 stainless steel, and the SUS304 stainless steel wire drawing plate is decorated with a decorative plate. The door structure is divided into two types: a motorized door and a sliding door, which are pneumatically sealed. The double door interlock is fully compliant with the GSSD specification.
2.Sterilizer control system
It uses Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen
3. Sterilizer piping system
It adopts German GEMU angle seat pneumatic valve, water ring vacuum pump, 0.22um high efficiency sterile medical grade filter, pipe adopts clamp type quick joint, and the pipes and fittings are all sanitary.
