Working Principle

- Heating method: Common heating methods include electric heating wire heating, which generates heat by passing current through the electric heating wire; gas heating uses gas combustion to release heat energy. - Circulation system: Rely on the fan to circulate the air in the box to ensure temperature uniformity. Horizontal circulation is the horizontal flow of air in the oven, and vertical circulation is the up and down flow of air.

Structural composition

- Box: Generally made of insulation materials, such as rock wool, polyurethane, etc., which can reduce heat loss. The outer shell is usually made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel plate, which is strong and corrosion-resistant.

- Heating system: includes heating elements and control elements. Heating elements such as electric heating tubes and gas burners can adjust and control the temperature.

- Temperature control system: It is composed of temperature sensors, temperature controllers, etc. The sensors monitor the temperature in real time, and the controller automatically adjusts the heating power according to the set value.

- Circulation system: It is mainly composed of fans and air ducts. The fans promote air circulation and the air ducts guide the airflow direction.
