Instrument features

High-precision microcomputer automatic calorimeter, maintaining all the functions of the microcomputer system, can run common software for other matters. At the same time, the calorimeter measuring system can be started to automatically calibrate the heat capacity of the calorimeter system and measure the heat generation. Inputting sulfur, moisture and hydrogen data, it can convert and print out the data of cartridge heat, high level heat and low level heat.


Microcomputer system

Data: It refers to the data processing of the calorific value of the cartridge, and the conversion of various bases according to the sulfur, moisture and hydrogen content, and the result data can be analyzed, queried, saved and printed, etc.

Printing: It refers to the printout of the current heat generation and heat capacity experiment result data.

Testing: refers to the testing test of system ignition, stirring, drainage and water injection.

Tools: refers to the selection of serial communication port of computer, the representation of heat generation and coke display, the modification of heat value of additions, thermal parameters of ignition, heat capacity, the adjustment of water injection time and the registration of testing unit name.

Introduction: It refers to the introduction of the technical characteristics of the system, the introduction of the system, the operation instructions and the key points of heat generation.

Principle of operation

A certain amount of analysis specimen is put in the calorimeter oxygen bomb and burned in the oxygen-filled oxygen bomb, and the cartridge heat of the specimen can be obtained according to the temperature rise generated by the calorimetric system before and after the ignition of the specimen and after the correction of the additional heat such as the ignition heat. After deducting the heat of formation of nitric acid and the correction heat of sulfuric acid from the heat of the cartridge, the high level heat is obtained. The moisture of the sample is corrected to obtain the low level heat of the sample.
