1. The rollers is made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear-resistant hard surface, to keep the surface temperature homogeneous, the cavities of rollers are machined.
2. Overload protection device is provided to protect the main parts from damages due to overload.
3. The reverse current plugging system is provided above the rollers in case of emergency. The safety rod is pulled down and the rollers will be stopped immediately.
4. The roller gap can be easily adjusted by hand wheel.
5. The mill is designed with planetary gear reducer which is of long service life, low noise, small volume and high drive efficiency.
6. Emergency stop device: Safety buttons are installed on both sides of roller. Also can install stop button by knee according to customer’s request.
