It can mix different colors of plastic, color powder, rubber, etc. through heating and mixing rollers to produce smooth, uniform thickness samples.

-Main structure: It is usually composed of a base, a drum upper seat, a loading and receiving basin table, and a cover to form a desktop structure. Its key components include rollers, roller distance adjustment devices, emergency stop braking devices, heating devices, and electronic control systems.

-Working principle: The main working components are two hollow rollers or drilling rollers that rotate inward in opposite directions. The front roller of the device on the operator's side can be manually or electrically adjusted for front and rear positions, while the rear roller remains fixed. Two rollers rotate relative to each other at different speeds, and raw rubber or rubber material is sucked into the gap between the two rollers as the rollers rotate, and is subjected to strong shear to achieve the purpose of plasticizing or mixing.
