The microorganism will be trapped by the membrane built in the canisters, and flush the membrane (if necessary) to remove the antibacterial component. Pumping the culture medium into the canisters at last.Incubate the canisters to check whether the sample contains microorganism. The operation process is closed and non-contacted for minimize the risk of pollution.
