6-8 daysOLT-105 is designed and manufactured for the microbial limit test, it has integrated diaphragm pump which could directly drain. So, it doesn’t need Buchner funnel.
The customers could combine the S60 or F47 filtration funnels on the OLT-105 to a membrane filtration system which could perform the microbial enumeration analysis.
The analytical process is pressing the sample solutions through the membrane filtration funnels, the microorganisms will be withheld on the membrane. Then culture them and count the colonies.
It is ideal system for inspecting the microorganisms in the purified water and water for injection (WFI).
