Malaysian Electronics Manufacturing Client Visits Our Facility, Highly Commends Dry Ice Cleaning System for PCB Applications

2024-09-18

Our company recently welcomed a delegation of clients from Malaysia's electronics manufacturing sector for an in-depth technical exchange on the application of dry ice cleaning technology in the production and maintenance of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Through on-site equipment observation and cleaning performance tests, the clients provided highly positive feedback on the technical advantages and practical effectiveness demonstrated by our dry ice cleaning system in the field of precision electronic component cleaning.

During the factory tour, our professional technical team systematically elaborated on the core working principles and standardized operating procedures of the OLT-T6 dry ice cleaning equipment, with particular emphasis on key performance indicators such as its compatibility with circuit board cleaning, operational safety standards, and residue control. Our engineering team performed live demonstrations of the complete dry ice cleaning process for PCBs, including the removal of flux residues and the treatment of dust and oil contamination in typical industrial scenarios.

In the subsequent on-site testing phase, the client representatives personally operated our dry ice cleaning system to conduct cleaning experiments on sample PCBs, by a comprehensive evaluation of the cleaning results. The test findings revealed:

1. No residual water stains or chemical contaminants remained on the cleaned PCB surfaces

2. Significantly improved drying efficiency, requiring only a conventional air gun for surface treatment

3. Elimination of potential thermal damage to components caused by traditional oven drying processes

4. Overall process optimization in both labor and time, effectively enhancing production efficiency

The clients particularly highlighted that the unique "water-free, chemical-free, and secondary pollution-free" characteristics of the dry ice cleaning technology fully meet their stringent requirements for precision cleaning in electronics manufacturing processes.

In the subsequent technical discussions, both parties engaged in constructive discussions regarding practical application scenarios, production line integration solutions, on-site service support, and after-sales service systems. We clearly stated our capability to provide customized equipment configurations according to specific client needs, including the development of specialized small-nozzle guns and other supporting equipment, along with professional remote technical guidance and on-site debugging services. The client expressed strong appreciation for these proposals, noting that this visit significantly enhanced their understanding of the advantages of dry ice cleaning technology and conveyed full confidence in establishing long-term cooperative relations with our company.
