Microwave reactor is a reaction equipment that applies microwave heating technology, mainly used for chemical reactions, heating and cooling processes in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum. Here is an introduction about it:


-Working principle: Using microwaves to rapidly vibrate polar molecules in the reactants, generating intermolecular friction and heat generation, thereby achieving rapid heating. -Structural composition: The body and lid of the laboratory microwave reactor are usually made of stainless steel, and the body is connected to the flange through threads. The reaction chamber of industrial grade microwave reactors is mostly made of 304 stainless steel welded together, with a built-in stainless steel reactor and equipped with stirring, temperature measurement, pressure measurement systems, etc.
