Glass reactor is a commonly used reaction equipment in fields such as chemistry, medicine, and biology.

 

Here is a detailed introduction to it:

 

-Structural composition: mainly composed of the reactor body, stirring system, heating/cooling system, vacuum system, and sealing system. The reactor body is generally made of high borosilicate glass, and the stirring system is often driven by an electric motor. The heating/cooling system is often equipped with an electric heating or hot water circulation system. The vacuum system is used to remove air, and the sealing system is made of high-quality silicone rubber or tetrafluoroethylene material to ensure sealing.

 

-Working principle: Using a double-layer glass structure, a reaction solvent is placed in the inner layer for stirring reaction, and a constant temperature hot solution or cooling liquid is introduced into the interlayer to heat or cool the materials inside the reaction vessel. The reaction can also be carried out under negative pressure by vacuum pumping through a vacuum system.

 

-Features: Made of high borosilicate glass material, it has excellent physical and chemical properties. The variable frequency speed regulation stirring operation is smooth. The components are sealed with PTFE, with high vacuum degree. The kettle chamber and jacket have no dead corners, easy cleaning, and the overall stainless steel frame structure is easy to move.

 

-Application areas: Widely used in chemical experiments, industrial production, scientific research and development, and teaching demonstrations, such as organic synthesis, food additive production, new material research and development, chemical experiment teaching, etc.

-Maintenance instructions: Before use, check the instrument, wipe the interface and apply vacuum grease; When using, all interfaces should not be tightened too tightly. The power switch should be turned on first and then switched from slow to fast. When stopping the machine, stop the machine first and then turn off the switch; After use, clean the stains with a soft cloth, regularly clean the sealing ring, and do not let water enter the electrical part.
