The Ollital 300℃/0.8MPa Lab Melt Spinning Machine is a specialized pneumatic-driven melt electrospinning system designed for the fabrication of micro and nanofibers without the use of organic solvents. By heating polymers to their molten state (up to 300°C) and applying pneumatic pressure (up to 0.8MPa) to extrude the melt through a spinneret, this machine produces fibers via electrostatic drawing or direct melt blowing. It is ideal for processing thermoplastic polymers that are difficult to dissolve or require solvent-free processing, such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyamide (PA), polylactic acid (PLA), and polyurethane (TPU). This system is widely used in tissue engineering, filtration, biomedical textiles, and green manufacturing research.
