Product Overview
The Ollital Multi-functional Laboratory Electrostatic Spinning Machine is an advanced benchtop system designed for the fabrication of micro and nanofibers via electrospinning technology. It utilizes a high-voltage electrostatic field to draw polymer solutions or melts from a spinneret to a grounded collector, producing continuous fibers with diameters ranging from nanometers to micrometers. This versatile instrument supports multiple spinning modes including single-needle, coaxial, emulsion, and melt electrospinning, making it an essential tool for materials science, biomedical engineering, filtration research, and energy storage applications.

Working Principle
The electrospinning process uses a high-voltage electric field to charge a polymer solution or melt, overcoming surface tension to eject a fine jet. As the jet travels toward the grounded collector, the solvent evaporates (in solution spinning) or the polymer solidifies (in melt spinning), resulting in solid nanofibers.

The process consists of four stages:
Charge Injection: The polymer solution is pumped through a spinneret (needle) and subjected to a high-voltage electric field (typically 5-30 kV).
Taylor Cone Formation: The electrostatic repulsion overcomes surface tension, forming a conical shape at the needle tip.
Jet Ejection & Whipping: A thin jet is ejected and undergoes rapid whipping (bending instability), elongating the fiber dramatically.
Fiber Collection: The solvent evaporates, and solid nanofibers are collected on a grounded target (flat plate, rotating drum, or mandrel).
