1. Product Overview

The high-end intelligent micro clamp-type reactor jointly developed by our company and major universities adopts advanced integrated precision processing technology. The reactor body is formed in one step by a large processing center, ensuring stability and sealing under high-pressure environments. This product adopts a flange fastening structure, which is evenly compressed by 6 high-temperature and high-pressure bolts. The lid of the reactor can be quickly removed by loosening the bolts, greatly shortening the experimental preparation and cleaning time.

 

This reactor innovatively integrates ultrasonic technology, and directly acts on the material in the reactor body through the energy-gathering ultrasonic horn, so that the reaction system can obtain sufficient and efficient energy delivery under a constant temperature environment. The multiple effects of ultrasonic dispersion, crushing, activation, etc. can optimize the experimental process, improve reaction activity, and promote the smooth progress of chemical reactions.

II. Product features

Reactor body material: Made of Hastelloy, other corrosion-resistant materials can be customized according to different experimental requirements.

 

Heating device: Adopts fixed module electric heater, which heats evenly and stably and has a long service life.

 

Temperature control device: Built-in PID intelligent temperature control system imported from the United States, with automatic setting (AT) function, ensuring precise temperature control, and providing timing function.

 

Temperature measurement system: Equipped with high-precision temperature sensor, deep into the reactor body, real-time monitoring of reaction temperature.

 

Separable design of the reactor body: The reactor body and heater can be completely separated, which greatly improves the convenience of disassembly and improves experimental efficiency.
