Recently, six sets of hydrothermal reactors manufactured by our company have successfully completed quality inspection, packaging, and international transportation preparations. They have now been exported to a well-known high-tech enterprise in South Korea and have passed the acceptance of that enterprise. This enterprise has long been dedicated to the independent research and development of core optical materials and functional materials for laser equipment. The equipment procured this time will mainly be used for the hydrothermal synthesis of new materials and research on performance enhancement.


The hydrothermal reactors exported this time are made of stainless steel with high heat resistance and corrosion resistance. They are equipped with a pressure structure with high sealing performance and an optimized temperature control design, which can stably support high-pressure and high-temperature reaction environments, meeting the strict requirements for condition control in experiments. Before delivery, our company has conducted comprehensive pressure tests, seal tests, and temperature control calibration on the entire batch of equipment to ensure their reliability and long-term stability in precision scientific research scenarios. A hydrothermal reactor also known as a high-pressure digestion vessel or synthesis autoclave, is a specialized container used for chemical reactions in a sealed, high-temperature, and high-pressure environment. Inside the sealed rigid container, water or other solvents serve as the reaction medium. External heating generates high temperatures (typically 100–350°C) and high pressure (automatically produced, reaching several tens of atmospheres), creating a subcritical or supercritical reaction environment.
