By utilizing electric heating, a sealed distillation tank, and intelligent PID control, the unit distills organic solvents such as alcohol, ethanol, toluene, gun wash (thinners), and various hydrocarbon-based fluids, separating pure solvent from sludge and particulate matter. The machine operates on a simple yet highly efficient batch distillation principle:
Filling & Heating: The contaminated solvent is poured into a 316L stainless steel distillation tank. An electric heating element or thermal oil jacket warms the solution.
Boiling & Evaporation: When the mixture reaches the boiling point of the target solvent, the solvent turns into vapor, leaving behind sludge, paint solids, oil, and other high-boiling residues.
Condensation: The solvent vapor passes through a high-efficiency condenser (air-cooled or water-cooled), where it returns to a liquid state.
Collection: The distilled, clean solvent flows into a separate collection container, ready for immediate reuse in your process.
The advanced PID controller ensures precise temperature control (±1–2°C), preventing degradation of heat-sensitive solvents and ensuring a high-purity end product. Explosion-proof components and sealed electrical enclosures guarantee safe operation in hazardous environments.
