Product Details

1. Product Overview
OLT-HP-5L mechanical stirring heating reactor is a high-end intelligent micro reactor developed and produced by our factory in cooperation with various universities for more than ten years. The reactor body is processed and formed by a large processing center in one step. This reactor is composed of a quick-open type and uses 6 high-pressure bolts. This reactor is mainly used for laboratory research and small-scale experiments with high viscosity, high temperature and high pressure, trace analysis and quantitative synthesis, etc. The reactor is suitable for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, polymer synthesis metallurgy and other fields. It can be used for catalytic reactions, polymerization reactors, supercritical reactors, high temperature and high pressure reactions, hydrogenation or inert gas protection reactions, etc.

2. Product Features
Kettle body material: HC276 material is used, and other materials can be selected according to the specific requirements of the customer.
Heating device: fixed module electric heater, uniform and stable heating, durable.
Stirring device: magnetic coupling paddle stirring,
Temperature control device: LCD display, dual-channel temperature control system, using advanced PID artificial intelligence temperature control, with self-tuning (AT) function, with timing function, can be reversed, (see the instrument instructions for details).
Temperature measuring device: high-precision temperature sensor, penetrates deep into the reactor body, and monitors the reaction temperature in the reactor in real time
The reactor body and heater can be completely separated, which greatly facilitates the disassembly of the reactor and improves work efficiency;
Brushless motor: stable speed and low noise;
Inlet needle valve: gas inlet needle valve, interface 3mm ferrule;
Exhaust needle valve: convenient for vacuum treatment and gas replacement of the system before the reaction, and used as a vent valve after the reaction;

Stainless steel pressure gauge: German imported pressure gauge WIKA, real-time monitoring of the internal pressure of the reactor reaction;
